One Organization, Two Island Base Camps, Five Unique Programs...

Canoe camp is just the beginning... We offer adventures designed to engage and empower young people at a given stage in adolescent development. Within the context of a fun and challenging canoe trip, we use proven techniques in community building, group process, native philosophies and storytelling to create a pathway through adolescence. This approach makes us unique among wilderness adventure camps.

Langskib is our boys camp, Northwaters is home to our girls camp and coed camp. They are both located on remote islands in the heart of Ontario's 4 million acre Temagami Wilderness. Working together, we have the advantages of a large organization while bei ng able to limit program size to ensure a quality experience.

We have worked for nearly 40 years to build a strong community of directors, staff, participants, parents and alumni. Together we have created 5 unique programs which have won international recognition for experiential learning and the development of young leaders. We invite you to explore the links for specific program information and encourage you to contact us as the first steps in the adventure of a lifetime.
