Rekindling the Spirit | With David Baum and Kathy Karn
August 21-27, 2010 | Northwaters, Lake Temagami, Ontario, Canada
Would you like more inspiration and delight? Are you looking for an opportunity to laugh loudly and long - a chance to play while getting in touch with who you really are? Are you overwhelmed by challenges and demands, needing some time out from the pace of your life? Are you going through big changes in your life or looking to make big changes? If the answer is yes to any of the above, then Rekindling the Spirit is for you.
Program Components include:
- Time in the beauty of the Canadian wilderness
- Rich work designed to heal past or current life challenges
- Mindfulness and traditional spiritual practices
- Bringing a new self home
- More laughter than you’ve had in years!
The week is carefully balanced between current approaches and global cross-cultural practices (such as the sweat lodge). The program is designed to cultivate intuition, awareness and creativity--key skills needed for a richer life. We blend experiential learning, traditional spiritual practices, and rich conversation. There is ample time for recreation, rest and being in nature.
We invite you to come join us at Northwaters. This is a rare opportunity, a week in a sensational wilderness setting with a small group of like-minded folks. Think of it as an investment in yourself, something especially for you. Rekindling the Spirit is for those who want to feel more fully alive.
